This return policy applies to all products purchased from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Return Eligibility
  • Customers may request a return within 7‑15 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and free gifts intact.
  • The product must be resalable. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, damage, missing parts or improper use.
  • 2. Non‑Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
  • Personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments
  • Custom‑made, personalized or engraved products
  • Clearance, final‑sale or discounted items
  • Digital products, downloadable content, gift cards
  • 3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for packaging the item.
  • Contact our customer service via email/online chat to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our approval and receive a designated return address.
  • Repack the item securely and ship it back using a traceable shipping service.
  • Send us the tracking number after shipment.
  • 4. Shipping Costs
  • Non‑defective returns (change of mind / size issue): The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Defective, wrong item, damaged upon delivery: We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • 5. Refund Terms
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3‑7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • 6. Exchanges
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.
