This return policy applies to all products purchased from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Custom‑made, personalized or engraved products
Clearance, final‑sale or discounted items
Digital products, downloadable content, gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for packaging the item.
Contact our customer service via email/online chat to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our approval and receive a designated return address.
Repack the item securely and ship it back using a traceable shipping service.
Send us the tracking number after shipment.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.
